Food & Beverage industry automation line

Food & Beverage

From primary picking of baked goods and confectionery to secondary packing and end-of-line palletizing, we build hygienic automation for food and beverage plants running two or three shifts.

Typical Pain Points

  • Manual loading cannot follow the filling or baking line speed during peak season
  • Hygienic requirements limit which robot structures can be used near open product
  • Frequent SKU changeover makes fixed automation hard to justify

Daily Chemical industry automation line

Daily Chemical

Detergent, cosmetic and personal care plants run many SKUs on one line. Our recipe based palletizing and sorting cells switch patterns without mechanical changeover.

Typical Pain Points

  • More than 50 carton sizes on a single packing line
  • Contract packagers change brand programs every few weeks
  • Heavy detergent cartons cause operator fatigue and injury

Pharmaceutical industry automation line

Pharmaceutical

Blister loading, sachet sorting and carton packing in controlled environments. Cleanroom compatible delta robots with full vision traceability.

Typical Pain Points

  • Particle contamination risk from manual handling in cleanrooms
  • Serialization and rejection of defective packs must be traceable
  • Small and fragile products need gentle high speed handling

Auto Parts industry automation line

Auto Parts

Machine tending, assembly and inspection cells built on collaborative robots so operators can stay close to the process without a full safety fence.

Typical Pain Points

  • CNC and press machines run idle while waiting for operators
  • Assembly tasks need torque monitoring and traceability
  • Floor space is limited, fenced cells do not fit

How We Work

Six Steps From Inquiry to Stable Production

The same process applies to a single robot cell and to a complete turnkey line. You confirm the simulation before we start manufacturing.

  1. 01

    Requirement Analysis

Collect product size, weight, target cycle time and plant layout.

  2. 02

    Solution Design

Robot selection, end effector design and line configuration proposal.

  3. 03

    3D Simulation

Layout drawing and cycle-time simulation for customer confirmation.

  4. 04

    Manufacturing

In-house machining, assembly, wiring and 72-hour running test.

  5. 05

    Installation & Commissioning

On-site or remote guidance until stable production is reached.

  6. 06

    Training & After-sales

Operator training, spare parts supply and lifetime technical support.

Line Integration

What a Turnkey Line Includes

One supplier for the whole line means one party responsible for cycle time, safety and commissioning.

Robot Body Manufacturing

Palletizing, delta and collaborative robots produced in-house.

Conveying & Feeding

Belt, roller and modular conveyors matched to the robot cycle.

Machine Vision

Vision positioning, orientation sorting and quality inspection.

Palletizing & Wrapping

Layer forming, pallet feeding, stretch wrapping and labeling.

End Effector Design

Gripper, vacuum, clamp and hybrid tooling for special products.

MES / PLC Integration

Communication with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley and MES systems.

Custom Engineering

Standard Models, Non-standard Details

Most export projects need adaptation: a special gripper for a fragile product, a washdown rated frame, a different supply voltage or documentation in another language. These are handled inside our own factory, not outsourced.

  • Non-standard end effectors and tooling for special product geometry
  • Food grade stainless steel construction and washdown protection (IP65)
  • Cleanroom compatible version for pharmaceutical and electronic plants
  • Local voltage and frequency adaptation (220V / 380V / 415V, 50Hz / 60Hz)
  • Safety system built to the standard required by your destination market
  • HMI language and documentation in English, Spanish, Russian or Arabic
